The ICBA/IMPACT Overdraft Solutions Program is designed to help community banks create a more robust and consumer friendly overdraft program, improve account holder satisfaction and loyalty, mitigate regulatory risk and assure program compliance in an ever changing regulatory climate.

The Overdraft Solutions Program will help ICBA member banks create new and fine-tune existing overdraft programs creating maximum value for both the bank and the consumer.  This service is geared toward community banks that have an existing vendor-provided program, have an internal non-promoted program or, for banks that currently have no formal overdraft program.
