No Upfront or Retainer Fees – Fees payable to IMPACT are payable only after the program is activated and operational.

Extended Fee Payment Option – Normally the bank’s fees payable to IMPACT commence on the second full month following activation of the program. ICBA banks that would like to extend the time before payment of fees is required may elect to have payments commence on the fifth full month following activation. This provision will allow the bank to recover any incidental cost related to printing, mailing, software charges from core, training meetings, etc. before the bank commences paying fees to IMPACT.

No Reimbursement For IMPACT Travel Expenses – Travel expenses for onsite implementation and training are paid by IMPACT with no reimbursement required from bank.

No Extra Charges For Overdraft Manager Software – Overdraft Manager 3.0 Software, installation, training and support are all inclusive within the ICBA/IMPACT Overdraft Solutions Program. ODM 3.0 is a comprehensive software solution that is simple to implement, user friendly and intuitive, while providing sophisticated management tools and reports. All software components work together to maximize the profitability of your overdraft protection program, while minimizing risk and maintaining compliance with ongoing regulatory changes.

Lobby Support Materials – IMPACT provides standard printed lobby support and awareness materials (large posters, small posters, counter cards) for each branch at no additional cost. Additional materials (brochures, stuffers, postcards etc.) and customization available at a quoted rate, based on specific request.

Compliance Guarantees – IMPACT has taken exceptional steps to reduce compliance or regulatory risk with a three step Compliance Guarantee: Guarantee of Compliance, Guarantee of Representation, and Guarantee of Defense & Reimbursement of Damages.

ICBA Member Bank Discount – Participating member banks will receive a discount off monthly fees payable to IMPACT Financial Services.
